I wish you would work for me when I try to stumble directly from my account. If I try to download your tool bar, it crashes my computer and sends an alert to my husband that I've got a virus.
We have had our friends try from their home computers, internet cafes, and some very secure locations to review an item or site via my account. We, and I mean, all my friends and family, get the same response, item or site does not exist or they get the same virus message.
The only time it has ever worked is off, the www.zibbet.com handmade store front. Even then the review disappearred after a few hours and did not stick. What the heck? You seriously deleted my review? I'm not the only user seeing that reviews are not sticking on your site or are being deleted by your staff.
I tearfully, sadly, left a support team on etsy because I promised the leaders and fellow team mates upon joining I would stumble and review their products. This caused some major feathers to get ruffled with that team. They took personally. I personally miss my team mates, something aweful!!! I want back on the team something aweful.
I have tried to contact your tech support department. I get the same response does not exist or please go to this forum for user issues. I don't have 72 hours to watse scanning, your FAQ site to find a freaking answer. There is no live customer support center for me to call and complain that your site has some how blocked my account from functioning correctly. I know that there is a software/hardware issue on my computer not allowing my to download the tool bar, however, my tech friends should not get the same error message when using a different computer/software set up and internet connection.
You have a serious problem on your end. You need to fix it. I can't even do a thumbs up on the pages you have already recommended me to look at. I click the thumbs up now and my entire account freezes. I have to close out all my internet explorer windows and log out of your service. It would be nice to have a notification if I have a complaint against me.
Yet, surprising and not unexpectedly, I have never received anything from you but more spam in my mailbox about more sites to review. Seriously? You will not let my account review any sites but still send me crap in my inbox.
I think you are hypocritical of yourself and the serive you provide at this point.
I would truly like to return my team I was formly on, but I refuse to not be able to keep my word to them. My word whither written or oral is all I have to give in this world to people. So, I take it literarily.
So, until, you can fix your issues, I can not use your service. Anyone from my previous team, if you will please try this for me..stumbling from my www.zibbet.com/beautifulswagstore see if your review sticks. Seriously, I need to know if its an intergration problem with etsy or an overall freaking software problem on stumble upon.

Monday Savings Monday
I was reading through the forums on several shop sites, I sell on. A person was asking for help finding appropiate boxes to ship in for less money. I shared my tip with her and now for you.
Free Boxes:
1) Reuse old cereal boxes, cracker boxes, pasta and or microwave popcorn boxes. Be sure that all food particles and plastic bags have been removed before using the box. They are the perfect weight and size for first class shipping if you product is light weight. I usually recover mine with wrapping paper or copier papier if the box is small enough. Be sure to use a permant marker to stratch out the old bar code.
2) Call Wal-mart for when stocking is occuring. Most wal-marts will let you take their old boxes from stocking for moving.
3) Ship flat rate through the USPS. Its a little more expensive but they give you boxes upfront or will deliver them to your house. No joke.
4)Craig's list- a lot of people will advertise free boxes on there.

Wednesday Call For Shop Reviews/Giveaways
Once a quarter this year, I will make call outs, shout outs, inquires about, and out right ask you if you would like this shop to review your product from your shop, share it for the world to see, and host a giveaway for you.
1) Your item must be handmade from one the handmade store fronts that are available to sell from, or it is from a customizing shop like monograming, alteration or speciality shop like the one featured from Wedding Blue Bell company last year (fanastic shop!).
2) You must contact me via email at beautifulswagstore@gmail.com and answer a questionaire.
3) Depending on what your are having me review solely or review/giveaway will depend upon if I need an actual sample piece from your store.
4) Your followers must follow me in any social media that I am featured in, and will be given extra entries for doing so. Certain social medias I will need them to leave a comment for me to track the extra enteries.
5) You must give me between six-eight weeks from the time I receive your item to do the review or review/giveaway. I have a family and things POP UP unexpectedly like sickness and sometimes dental.
6) Certain items that I am looking for specifically will be given a review first before or other items See list below for items. Items must not be over $30.00 in value that you are shipping me. This is due to if it gets lost or stolen in the mail system, it won't break your budget. This list may change through out the year as well.
Priority items for Review:
Purse-needs to pockets on ends for water bottles, pockets on side for phones and portable game gears, and pockets on the inside for a mini first aid kit, pens/pencils and a mini notebook (4 1/4 by 5.5)
Holiday decor -Valentines, St. Patrick Day, Easter etc (small not larger it will be used as a table center piece)
Winter silly hats-sock money, angery birds, penguins, crowns, etc photo props for kids and adults
Craft patterns- like the one featured by Cherished bliss I had permission to use in my shop.
Craft supplies- Do you make your own aylric gems, items that can be put inside a flower accessory, or even jewelry? Depending on what you have in mind, I might be able to use it.
A digital banner fitting all three store shop fronts or a flier design that I can print off here

It's Monday January 2nd 2012
After a weekend, of family, fun, computer fixes, and deleting of files. I had to quit a handmade promotional team that I recently joined because I am a person of my word. I could not and will not be able to get a tool bar add on due to hardware issues. Not a big deal.
If I can't keep it then, I politely back out. Oh, I loved the team, it provided awesome support, critique, and overall fun conversations when we were not promoting each others strores and our own. The are an awesome team to be on. I just am a person of my word, respect, and honor anything I agree too.
So, sadly, I had to unjoin the team. To everyone on that team, I'm still here. No personal reasons or drama, just I am a person of my word.
