Custom Pee Pads...

Back to Work...

phew my local supplier had the larger spool of thread in. Yeah!! This means more projects done and less running to the store for thread.

They generally carry a larger stock of the dye lot of the thread I use. I love winter white. It generally blends well with all fabrics, and remains in stock than most dye lots.

I also got to take photos of fabric for custom order washable puppy pee pads in a larger size while I was in the store last night. Unforunately, the store's lighting sucks!! So, some of the fabric colors look faded which is not the case.

Thanks for the well wishes everyone. I appreciate it. I was getting a lot frustrated that I couldn't finish the projects yesterday and photograph them for the shop. Seriously, I wasn't a happy camper. Just ask my kids..wait don't they are in deep trouble right now and think I am the meanest parent on the earth.

Monday under construction

meaning I started to get things done and ran out of supplies to finish..waiting for DH to get home so we can go get the thread I need to finish the projects for this week and for the premuim of Christmas in July on both Esty and Artfire Sites.

Sunday Reflections..

Wow what a week! Swimming, did my first giveaway for blog follower contest,  window/price comparison shopping, a new sale, started more christmas in july stuff, read and started the goddess girl reading writing skills book, and entered my local libraries adult summer reading program for a chance to win a nook reader. yeah me!

Giveaway winners never contacted me for their prize. I will redo the drawing and pick two new winners this coming week.

I am finishing typing in the Goddess Girl unit. I will start the Rainbow Magic Party Fairies Melodie the Music Fairy.

I got the napkin holders done for artfire's christmas in july sale. I just have to make my clothe napkins to go with one of the sets of napkin holders.

I need to upload my anglicious earloop facial mask set for adults and children.

I must get all my reciepts for the stores purchases and providing free shipping on orders in my receipt folder holder. Arrgh...another busy week.

Let's not forget to keep excerising in the process.

What's being worked up on for the shops...

two new reading comprehension and writing skills units. The first is Goddess Girls, Athena the Brain. The second is Rainbow Magic Party Fairies, Melodie the Music Fairies.

Father's Day Results

We spent the day together as a family. We served bagels and muffins with a side order of folgers coffee for breakfast. We went to Joe's Crab Shack. We love that place, however, my stomach doesn't love that place. Then we went to the Arizona Diamondbacks Game, were we got served as dinner to the Chicago Whitesoxs. Plus, they sold out of all the ladies baseball hats, thus, I couldn't get a replacement hat for the one that one of my kids took over wearing. No biggie!

The most thing I "loved" doing this weekend was leaving a little present anymously for an elderly couple on their door step. It was not just for Father's Day but Mother's Day as well. I have been blessed to get stuff for free by couponing just like on the show. I thought I would pay it forward. The couple must think no one notices that they never have any visitors or caretakers coming to help them on a daily basis. I noticed. I also noticed that when they come in, they can barely carry their shopping bags. My kids and I have helped them take it to the door of their home. Why post a good deed? Well, let's just say, I am trying inspire others to do the same. Take care of your neighbors if you notice that they need help. Offer to help, or leave a care package without getting the glory. You think, oh but its just a small act of kindness. It really doesn't make a bit of difference. I am telling you from someone who sees the small acts of kindness results. It makes a big difference in the receiptents life. Even if you just hold the door for someone, it makes a difference.
